Return & Refund Policy
At Shush Lingerie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy is outlined below to ensure you know exactly what you can return, how long you have to return it, and the process for initiating a return.
Policy:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, ALL LINGERIE, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND PANTIES ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For all other regular-priced and sale-priced merchandise, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be new, unwashed, unworn, and odor-free.
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached and unfolded.
- We recommend trying items on over your own clean underwear and avoiding deodorant or perfume to prevent marks or scents.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Important Notes:
- Items marked as "clearance" or "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet hygiene and health standards.
Faulty Goods:
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@shushlingerie.com. We will happily offer a full or partial refund on faulty items.
Return Period:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your items. Please allow sufficient time for shipping to ensure your return reaches us within this period.
- If your return is received after the 14-day window, it may be rejected at our discretion. If we accept a return beyond this period, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

- You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Request a Refund/Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email admin@shushlingerie.com for detailed instructions. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without prior notification via email.
Refund Process:
- We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please note that a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
- If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account. It may take some time for your refund to officially post.
